Marco helped me with the probate sale of my Fathers home. From the first meeting until the closing he made me feel comfortable. He was spot on with his honest evaluation of the home. His communication and help through the process was amazing. There was not a question or concern that was not addressed usually within an hours and no longer then 24. I do not live in the area so to find someone I could trust to look out for my best interest was refreshing and comforting. Marco handled everything i could not due to distance and afforded me the opportunity to live my life and not have to take off work to handle small tasks. The thought of a probate transaction was daunting but with Mr. Rodriguez' help i could not believe how easy and quick the sale was.

Marco was our agent during our 9 month long house search. He was incredibly patient as we toured home after home after home in all parts of town from Palms to Atwater and everything in between. Because we didn't have a lot of specific criteria in what we were looking for, he wasn't able to find listings for us but did a lot of legwork to find out the details of every place we sent him, which was dozens. He also sent letters inquiring about purchasing homes from a list of addresses my husband created. Marco is extremely knowledgeable about the sales and purchase process and was willing to answer our many detailed questions, even when we asked the same ones multiple times. There were several times that his savvy benefitted us in that he was able to advise us in making an offer quickly or holding it, depending on the particulars of a situation. He is very responsive to phone calls, emails, and text messages and always let us know when he would be out of town (yet would still stay in touch even when he was on vacation!). We got our home because of the work Marco did to develop a relationship with a selling agent working in an area we were interested in. After we didn't get one home, Marco stayed in touch with the agent about other properties in the area. I think it is because of the rapport that Marco built with the agent that we were successful in getting our house. His strengths are in his deep knowledge of the process and in building relationships, both of which benefit any buyer.

Marco was friendly attentive and patient. From the first meeting to close of escrow, he did everything that was needed to help move things along. We went on 3 trips to view homes and we put in offers on every trip. Offers were declined but Marco continued to send us new listings. He assisted with providing a great loan officer that was also outstanding. Marco was detailed in every step of the way. He also taught us several things since we were first time home buyers. Overall I recommend him and I will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

At the ripe old age of 31 I had lived in a lot of houses, but never actually owned one. It was literally going to be the most expensive thing I had ever purchased, but for all of the years of renting, I had no idea what I really wanted in a house. Also, let's be real, real estate is like health insurance, complicated and not possible to figure out on your own. The honest to god truth is we wouldn't be where we are now without Marco. Almost a year and a half later and we own a home in Torrance. The one city my husband and I wanted to live in, but knew we could never afford. Marco met with us to explain the initial steps. Took us to different cities to see houses. Asked all of the right questions to help me figure out what I did like, didn't like and ultimately what I wanted in a house. He uncovered the gem that is now our home in our dream city and made it happen. I remember during the buying process he had us do an extra inspection that wasn't required. I didn't think much of it, but once we knew every pro and con of the house, negotiating became so much easier. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's responsive, knowledable, literally the hardest working man I have ever met and a pleasure to know. I recommend him anytime I know someone interested in buying or selling. You couldn't be in better hands with such an important decision.

I have always used Marco when either selling or buying a home. I have sold two homes and purchased two homes. I used Marco durIng all these occasions because of the trust I have in him. He is knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I know that he continues to study to keep up to date on current laws and regulations. I know this because when I would mention something(i.e. termite issue) he would advise me the current regulation. Marco did a great job at finding us the perfect home. He gave us great advice throughout the process. The process was easy and stress free which was critical for me because my fiancee was 7 months pregnant. When we found the perfect home we were nervous because there were many people looking at it during the open house period. He has great interpersonal and communication skills. In our opinion this is the reason we got our "Home sweet home". His ability to communicate with the sellers agent and get our name to the top of the list was what made our dream come true. Above all Marco treats you like family ! From our first meeting where we discussed our needs and to the day we closed he was always there. We always knew he had our best interest at heart and we felt like he was treating us as one of his family members. We would highly recommend Marco to anyone out there !
